Currently, he works as a research and development expert in optical measurement techniques at the Central Office of Measures, Poland, and participates in the “Polska Metrologia II” program at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. His research involves developing CRDS-based (Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy) systems to eliminate detection-chain nonlinearity and achieve sub-permille accuracy in gas concentration and temperature measurements.

Danielle Viviana Ochoa Arbelaez is an assistant professor at the University of Valle's Faculty of Health Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences with an emphasis in Pharmacology from the University of Valle. Her academic background also includes a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Colombia and a degree in Chemistry from the University of Valle. Her professional experience includes roles as a professor at Fundación Universitaria María Cano, where she taught subjects like biochemistry and environmental management. Her research interests are focused on pharmacology, biochemistry, and biophotonics, particularly in the study of cancer treatments in Colombia. She has contributed to several publications and research abstracts on these topics.

Ngo Thi Huong received her Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Montpellier in 2017. She then pursued a postdoctoral position in epitaxial growth at Meijo University in Japan, followed by research activities in France focusing on micro- and nanofabrication within leading academic laboratories and institutes. Her research activities encompass the full development of wide-bandgap semiconductor devices, from material design and epitaxial growth to device fabrication and investigation. She has authored more than 50 scientific publications and conference communications in the fields of GaN optoelectronics and microelectronics. She is currently broadening her research focus toward the integration of GaN optoelectronics with metasurface-based nano-optics.

Tatiana V. Uvarova is a specialist in the field of development of materials for lasers, scintillators, optics. Education: She received an engineering degree from D.I. Mendeleev Moscow Chemical-technological Institute (USSR). Specialty: the technology of rare, scattered and radioactive elements. She has completed her PhD in technology from State Scientific Institute of Rare Earth ( GIREDMET), (USSR). Experience: GIREDMET: Junior Researcher. Topic: Development of technologies for producing single crystals for optical applications and implementation in USSR factories. A.V. Shubnicov Institute of Crystallography of RAS: Senior Researcher. Creation of a laboratory for obtaining new materials, based on inorganic fluorides. A.M.Prochorov General Physics Institute of RAS, senior researcher. Topic: Creation of a laboratory and research on the topic: Active Single Crystal Media for Emitters in the UV and VUV Spectral Ranges. Her research was supported by grants from INTAS and the RFBR. T. Uvarova supervised the final qualification works of students und PhD-students of Moscow Universities, presented a seminars about media for up-conversion lasers of visible wavelength region at Amoco Research Center (USA), helped to post-graduate students to develop the media for scintillates at Goteborg Chalmers University of Technology (Sweden)

Dr. Rahul Hajare is a highly qualified scholar with a background in pharmaceutical chemistry. He holds a postdoctoral fellowship from the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) at the National AIDS Research Institute (NARI) in Pune, where he worked under the mentorship of Dr. Ramesh S. Paranjape. He has served as an Associate Professor of Pharmaceutical Medical Chemistry at Pune University (until 2020) and is currently the Principal of Ishwar Deshmukh Institute of Pharmacy, affiliated with the Pharmacy Council of India. He is also a scholar at the Hindu University of America, Florida, and an academic at Sandip University. His research interests include drug discovery, molecular virology, and the design and evaluation of novel HIV-1 inhibitors. He has a significant number of research publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Ali Rahmatpanahi is a Ph.D. student at Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic), specializing in laser applications in medicine, biophotonics, spectroscopy, and machine learning. His research focuses on developing optical and spectroscopic techniques for biomedical diagnostics and sensing.

Dr. Abdul Ghaffar, born in 1991 in Pakistan, earned his bachelor's degree from QUEST Nawabshah in 2014, a master’s from Indus University in 2017, and a Ph.D. in Instrumentation Technology from North University of China in 2020. He completed his postdoctoral research at the Wuhan Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2023. Formerly a lecturer at Indus University, Karachi. Since 2023, Dr. Ghaffar has been serving as an Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Quzhou University in China. He has published over 60 SCI papers, holds eight patents, and reviews for numerous high-impact international journals. His research focuses on sensor technology, including optical fiber sensors, polymer optical fibers, distributed sensors, and displacement sensors.

Lovia Nsiah completed her Junior High School education at Adventist Junior High School, Amakom, in the Ashanti Region of Ghana, and her Senior High School education at Afua Kobi Ampem Girls Senior High School from 2008 to 2012, where she studied science. She pursued Midwifery at Adventist Nursing and Midwifery School, Kwadaso, graduating in 2017, and completed her national service at Adventist Hospital, Breman (2018–2019). In September 2020, she began her professional career at Adventist Hospital, Dominase, where she has worked for five years. In January 2025, she enrolled at Garden City University College to further her education in Midwifery at the degree level.

Doctor Tarek CHTOUKI, Associate Professor at the Superior School of Technology, Ibn-Tofail University, Morocco since June 2019. He earned the Doctor's degree in Materials Physics in January 2017 as a result of scientific collaboration between the MOLTECH ANJOU Institute at the Faculty of Sciences in Angers, France, the Power Electronic Group at the National School of Engineers in Sfax, Tunisia and the Laboratory of Electrical Systems and Telecommunications at Ibn-Tofail University in Kenitra, Morocco. He worked from December 2017 till January 2019 in Light Amplification and Laser Technology as postdoctoral researcher at Politechnika Wrocławska, Wrocław University of Science and Technology in Wrocław, Poland. Co-author of 37 scientific papers (h-index: 15), his research interests include Nanostructured materialsfor photonics, Laser and light amplification,Nanomaterials for nonlinear optics, Advanced Modeling, simulation and optimization of optoelectronic properties,Materials for energy, Fabrication & characterization of Solar Cells.
